The pilot uses the same software price the customer recognizes after the pilot. For proprietary production data, a live pilot of up to 90 days begins only after operational readiness and Security Readiness Gate sign-off.

Your tier is assigned by Agent First based on deployment scope, seat count, implementation complexity, number of Client Profiles, and integration and support requirements. You don't self-select a tier because it looks cheaper on a chart.

Starter

Per agent per month. Used during the pilot and for smaller deployments.
Qualifying Growth
$49
Per agent per month for qualifying larger deployments after scope review. Eligibility is determined by Agent First based on deployment scope. Not available during the pilot.
Enterprise
Custom
For custom integrations, specialized security, reporting, analytics, or support requirements. Scope and pricing are determined after technical review.

Plans are assigned based on deployment scope. Growth and Enterprise pricing are not self-selected tiers.

Profile implementation

Client Profile setup has real implementation work behind it.

Pilot partners

Pay for software usage while the workflow earns continuation.

This is a paid operational pilot, not a free trial. You use Agent First at the standard seat rate while we measure it together on your real rules and real calls.

Up to 90 days
Up to 90 days after configuration, validation, baseline, operational readiness and, where proprietary production information is involved, Security Readiness Gate sign-off.
$69 per pilot agent per month
10-seat minimum ($690 per month). No Growth-tier discount applies during the pilot. You pay the normal Starter software rate.
$500 conversion credit
If the pilot continues into subscription, a one-time $500 credit applies to the first post-pilot invoice. Nothing renews automatically.
Security and data note: controlled evaluation can use fictional or appropriately de-identified material. Proprietary production procedures, client-specific operating material, sensitive production context, or regulated information require Security Readiness Gate sign-off first.

Scope

What pricing does not include by default

Platform replacement
Agent First is not priced as a CCaaS, CRM, or ticketing replacement. It works alongside your systems of record.
Unlimited custom work
Major integrations, new workflows, expanded Profiles, or heavy reporting are separately scoped.
Compliance claims not earned
SOC 2, HIPAA/BAA, PCI, or similar commitments require architecture, contracts, and controls that actually support them.
